CANYON LAUNCHES 2022 GRAIL GRAVEL BIKE

Canyon has today launched its 2022 Grail gravel bike range, with new builds and slick artwork, plus new Load bikepacking luggage. The brand has also added a proper junior road racer’s bike to its portfolio, offering a ready-made option for aspiring pros that meets the requirements for sanctioned events. Canyon says the Grail is for ‘all-seasons, all-surfaces, all-conditions’. 

STRAVA YEAR IN SPORT 2021 REPORT

The end of the year is often a time of reflection, and for Strava this means delving into its masses of data, revealing the habits of many of the world’s cyclists, runners, swimmers and yogis. Strava’s Year in Sport reveals there were 1.8  billion activities uploaded to the cycling app in 2021, marking a 38 per cent increase when compared to 2020.

Tom Pidcock’s seventh place at Superprestige Boom might have looked a little more impressive were it not for the exploits of Wout van Aert, but the Ineos Grenadiers rider was still pleased with his cyclo-cross season debut.
