Can I park at the NEC?

Yes! When you arrive at the NEC you will be directed to the closest car park. The parking charges are set by the NEC at £16 per day.

Cheaper parking is available at Birmingham International Station Car Park at a cost of £9 per day for parking.

Substantial savings on parking are available should you wish combine your visit to the Cycle Show with a meal, a cinema visit, or a spot of shopping at Resorts World (located just near to the show halls). If you spend £20 anywhere within Resorts World your parking can be validated to just £2 for a stay of up to 12 hours. Note: you must park at Resorts World to redeem this offer.




Is there anywhere safe to park my bike whilst I look around the show?

Yes absolutely! We have a secure bike park just outside the entrance to the show, with the capacity to hold over 1,000 bikes. The park will be manned for the duration show, so you can feel happy walking around the show knowing your bike is in safe hands. 

The bike park is located just outside the atrium of main entrance of the show.

What is the quickest way to get to the NEC?

Will my ticket be sent to me?

All tickets for the Cycle Show are e-tickets. Your e-ticket(s) will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. Please print and bring with you to the show.

My ticket states that it is for Friday. Can I come on a different day instead?

Yes, your single-use ticket is valid for any one day of the show.

What happens if I do not receive my e-ticket via email?

If payment has gone through you will be on the system so don't worry! Simply quote your name at the box office when you arrive at the show.

I am unable to make the show this year. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are not able to give out any refunds.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, the NEC provide a cloakroom at a charge of £1 per item.

Is there a restaurant?

Yes, there is a food hall inside the show and also a Starbucks and Subway outside the show in the main atrium.

If I am riding on the Road Bike test track, what do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your helmet, cycling shorts/suitable trousers and either trainers or cleated shoes and pedals. And, please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before your session starts.

Where is the Road Bike test track?

As we are moving to a newer and larger hall the location of the test track has not been confirmed but as soon as it is, we will update you with the location.

Is it possible to purchase a bike from the show?

You can place an order for a bike at the show, however you cannot take the bike away with you that day.

Any cycling products and apparel purchased in the retail area of the show can be taken home with you that day.

I am coming in a wheelchair with my carer. Is there disabled access and does my carer need to buy a ticket?

Yes the NEC and the show halls inside are accessible by wheelchair. Click here for further information.

Entry is free for your carer, but you must book their ticket in advance by calling The Ticket Factory on 0844 581 1314.

I can’t visit on the trade day. Can I come another day?

Yes, your trade e-ticket is valid for all four days of the show.

Can I bring my children on Trade day?

Children are warmly welcomed to attend the consumer days of the Cycle Show and those aged under 5 years old will be admitted free of charge. We ask you not to bring your children into the show on the Trade Day, as both exhibitors and visitors are very keen to focus on business.
