Your tickets will be sent to the lead booker via email at least one 3 weeks before the show. Please ensure you can display your tickets both for entry and test tracks on your phone or bring printed copies, as you will not gain access to the venue without them.

If payment has gone through you will be on the system so don’t worry! Simply quote your name at the box office when you arrive at the show.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please note that duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances.

The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.

In the event that The Cycle Show is postponed, cancelled or Upper Street Events and Immediate Media deem it unsafe to run the event in light of UK Government and Public Health England guidelines regarding Covid-19, you will be contacted directly with regards to transferring your booking to a future date or requesting a refund. Please note: refunds exclude the transaction fee and See Tickets Refund Protection cost.

If all or any of the Event is planned to take place outdoors it will take place regardless of weather conditions (unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer). There are no refunds for bad weather. We strongly advise that you come dressed appropriately for an outdoor Event.

No, there will not be a cloakroom on site in order to minimise queues and contact with other individuals. Spectators are encouraged avoid bringing bags where possible but any brought on site must be placed underneath their table in a safe manner. All bags larger than a laptop sized bag will not be allowed to be brought inside the venue. Bag and personal searches will be in operation on arrival.

All food and drink will need to be ordered through the Ally Pally Food and Drink app, which is available via the Apple Store and Google Play store. We encourage all spectators to download this in advance. All items will then be brought directly to your table. Meals do not need to be purchased in order to purchase alcohol, but there will be a range of food available to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

Please bring your helmet, cycling shorts/suitable trousers and either trainers or cleated shoes and pedals. And, please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before your session starts.

You can place an order for a bike at the show, however you cannot take the bike away with you that day.

Any cycling products and apparel purchased in the retail area of the show can be taken home with you that day.
