Specialized bike competition
Competition terms and conditions
1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man aged 18 years or over. Employees of Upper Street Events and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Details of individuals who book tickets on-line for Cycle 2007 will be automatically entered into the competition.
3. How to enter forms part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Closing date for entries is Sunday 14th October by 3.00pm. The winner of the prize draw will be the first name drawn at random from all those received by the closing date. The prize is one of the Specialized bikes. The type and size of bike can be specified before delivery, but once delivery has been made the bike cannot be returned or changed. The prize does not include any other expenses.
5. Late, illegible, incomplete or defaced entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be informed by telephone.
6. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
7. Events may occur that render the prize draw or the awarding of prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter. Accordingly, the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
8. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
