Dare 2b 2012 Range Launched

Following on from last years success Dare 2b have launched their Spring/Summer 2012 multi-sport collection which includes a core cycle wear range of jerseys, leg wear, wind shells and waterproofs.

New additions to the range include the "Opposition" Jersey which features a 3 rear stow pocket design with high wicking, antibacterial fabric construction to cope with the rigours of all cycling disciplines. The original Dare 2b print has been designed to work with the "Crash Pad" cycle short and the "Turbulant" windshell for an authentic race look.

Taking note of industry trends for stretch products the range includes a selection of windproofs and waterproofs with stretch properties for greater freedom of movement. The "Turbulant" windshell for men and "Blown Away" for women are engineered to be super lightweight, wind resistant with breathable stretch panels to rear. The long back-scooped elasticated hem prevents the jacket riding up in wear. Other features include a Teflon water repellent treatment, mesh overlays for ventilation, stretch bound cuffs with elasticated thumb loops and a handy stuff sack to pack the windshell down into.

Other new technical lines include the men’s "Circulate" and the women’s "Illuminate" 4-way stretch membrane softshell. Extremely lightweight the softshell jacket provides protection against the wind without compromising on breathability. Ideal for active multi-sport use as a mid or outer layer.

Dare 2b's most premium outerwear pieces are the men's "Mindset" and women's "Full Burst jackets". Made with Ared V02 20,000 stretch fabric the jacket provides serious protection against the weather with great breathability for all year round use. Features for cyclists include a tab away hood and reflective detail for enhanced visibility.

An exciting new development for the season is the inclusion of Fluro colourways (D-LYT). These colourways are available on a selection of jerseys, windshells and waterproofs to ensure you're seen in lower light condtions, perfect for any commuter. In addition the Dare 2b D-NYT technology features highly reflective trims seen at 360 degree angles for enhanced visibility.

For those preferring a more relaxed look Dare 2b has developed a collection of cotton t's with wicking and antibacterial properties. The Q-WIC+ technology offers the perfect combination between style and technology.

For Spring/Summer 2012 Dare 2b has expanded their collection of leg wear which includes Lycra padded shorts with 8 panel construction with Coolmax and a collection of interactive baggies. Each short features an interactive loop system to allow for the addition of an inner padded short. The collection includes 4-way stretch fabric shorts and also cotton canvas for a more relaxed style.

To complete the offering Dare 2b have also introduced a collection of hydro packs. Designed to minimise abrasion to the shoulders and back by distributing the weight across the upper body. The padded mesh construction increases airflow with a hydro bladder included.
