Can I park at the NEC?

Yes, when you arrive at the NEC you will be directed to the closest car park. The NEC charge £12/day to park -

you can book cheaper parking if you do any shopping or eat at Resorts World (located just near to the show halls).

Plus, Birmingham International Station Car Park charges £9 per day for parking.

Is there anywhere safe to park my bike whilst I look around the show?

Yes absolutely, we have a secure bike park just outside the entrance to the show, with the capacity to hold over 1000 bikes! The park will be manned for the duration show, so you can feel happy walking around the show knowing your bike is in safe hands. 

The bike park is located just outside the atrium of main entrance of the show.

What is the quickest way to get to the NEC?

Will my ticket get sent to me?

All tickets for the Cycle Show are e-tickets, you will be emailed your e-ticket immediately after purchasing. Please print this off and bring with you on the day.

Can I visit the show on another day than states on my ticket?

Yes, your ticket is valid for any one day of the show

What happens if I do not receive my e-ticket via email?

Do not worry, if payment has gone through you will be on the system, simply quote your name at the box office when you arrive at the show.

I am unable to make the show this year, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are not able to give out any refunds.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, the NEC provide a cloakroom at a charge of £1 per item.

Is there a restaurant?

Yes, there is a food hall inside the show and also a Starbucks and Subway outside the show in the main atrium.

If I am riding on the Road Bike test track, what do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your helmet, cycling shorts/suitable trousers and either trainers or cleated shoes and pedals. Ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before your session starts.

Where is the Road Bike test track?

The test track is in Hall 16, opposite the main atrium of Hall 12, NEC.

Is it possible to purchase a bike from the show?

It is possible to place an order for a bike, however you cannot take the bike away with you that day. There is a retail area at the show where you can purchase cycling products and apparel to take away with you.

I am coming in a wheelchair with my carer, is there disabled access and does my carer need to buy a ticket?

Yes there is wheelchair access, to get to the NEC and also within the show halls. Please visit here for further information.
No, your carer is entitled to a free ticket, please contact The Ticket Factory on 0844 581 1314 to book your free ticket.

I can’t visit on the trade day, can I come another day?

Yes, your trade e-ticket is valid for all four days of the show.

Can I bring my children on Trade day?

We ask you not to bring your children into the show on the Trade Day, both exhibitors and visitors are very keen to focus on business. Please feel free to visit on any of the consumer days with your children – under 5s go free of charge.
