- Tickets are not refundable.
- A £1 transaction fee applies per booking (tickets bought onsite do not include a booking fee).
- Group discounted tickets are not available on the door, only in advance.
- Prices shown include a show guide that can be collected on the day and includes VAT.
- A ticket entitles the holder to attend the event for the duration of one day only, ticket holders wishing to attend again on a subsequent day will be required to purchase an additional ticket and pay the standard admission fee.
- There is no admission to the event without a ticket.
- The management reserves the right to alter or vary the content and timing of the event due to circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject the ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage,injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the management and also to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Upper Street Events (a division of the Business Design Centre Ltd), then it will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
- The use of cameras and recording equipment is prohibited.
- No bottles, cans, food or alcohol may be taken into the venue.
- Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind) are not admitted into the venue.
- The management does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property brought into the venue, unless caused by their negligence.
- The management accepts responsibility for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, but not otherwise.
- Under no circumstance will the management be responsible for unforeseen or indirect loss.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
- The ticket holder is responsible to check all tickets upon reciept, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
- As members of the event audience, ticket holders may be filmed and/or sound recorded for broadcast.
- The sale of articles in the gangways or anywhere on the exhibition premises is strictly prohibited except with the written permission of the organisers. The organisers reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of this condition.
